Missing my Soccer Buddy. So many amazing memories through high school soccer and our travel club team Arsenal. Nick was always a positive spirit and great person to be around.  He would always greet you with a huge smile and giant hug. I was blessed to know Nick from high school and the Colorado days. I wanted to send my heart felt condolences  to the Felz family. I wish I could be there today. Rachel and I send our love and Nick's spirit will always be in our hearts. We love you Nick!

Soo very sorry for your loss...I remember the first time I met Nick, it was like we had known eachother for years.He had that way about him to fit right in. God Bless you Nick..You will be missed by soooo many. Glad to have had met you.

My deepest condolences for your loss.  Nick was such a beautiful person, and such a wonderful friend.  He always spoke so fondly and so often of his family.  I know we have yet to meet, but I feel as if I know each of you already through Nick.  He would show me pictures of you all, and tell me family stories all the time.  His family was THE MOST IMPORTANT THING in his life.  He loved and cared for each of you deeply.  His father was his hero and his brothers were his best friends... and this level of love extended to the rest the family as well.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Nick was also one of the best friends a person could ever have.  His friendship was so special to me and I will never forget all of the great times we've shared.  I know countless other people who feel the same way. We were all so BLESSED to know him and to love him.  Nick's heart was so BIG and so full of love.  His soul will shine on us all forever.  His memory lives on in our hearts.  Nick is and will forever be missed... until we meet again.

John 11:32-45

32 And so Mary, when she arrived where Jesus was and caught sight of him, fell at his feet, saying to him: “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” 33 Jesus, therefore, when he saw her weeping and the Jews that came with her weeping, groaned in the spirit and became troubled; 34 and he said: “Where have YOU laid him?” They said to him: “Lord, come and see.” 35 Jesus gave way to tears. 36 Therefore the Jews began to say: “See, what affection he used to have for him!” 37 But some of them said: “Was not this [man] that opened the eyes of the blind man able to prevent this one from dying?”

Now Jesus raised his eyes heavenward and said: “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. 42 True, I knew that you always hear me; but on account of the crowd standing around I spoke, in order that they might believe that you sent me forth.” 43 And when he had said these things, he cried out with a loud voice: “Laz´a·rus, come on out!” 44The [man] that had been dead came out with his feet and hands bound with wrappings, and his countenance was bound about with a cloth. Jesus said to them: “Loose him and let him go.”

45 Therefore many of the Jews that had come to Mary and that beheld what he did put faith in him;

OVER THE YEARS AS WE AS FRIENDS CAME AND WENT I REMEMBER NICK ALWAYS WITH A STRONG HANDSHAKE AND A HUG FOR THE BIG GUY. I KNEW ALOT OF WHO NICK KNEW AND WE ALWAYS KNEW THEM AS OUR BROTHERS.I WILL NEVER FORGET U MY BROTHER.YOU FOR EVER WILL BE IN MY HEART.I ENJOYED SEEING YOU AND TRADING STORIES.WE AND US WERE THERE TO BE FOUND OR FOUND IT OURSELSVES.......INTO THE MYSTIC.....BIG DADDY

Tommy, Teri, Chad, Ryan and the entire Felz family, words cannnot express the sorrow I'm feeling for all of you.  I remember when I saw Nicky for the first time, in years, a couple years ago and he introduced himself to me and I looked at him and said you don't remember me do you?  He looked very puzzled.  I told him I used to change his diaper.  We had a good laugh.  He was a good kid, taken too soon.

To the entire Felz family- I only met your son on a few brief occasions, out in California while he was visiting his Colorado buddies (one of which is my now husband). Upon meeting him, the first things that struck me were his bright, eager eyes and lovely smile.

He was a kind heart and soul- may I offer my condolences to your entire family, especially Nick's parents, during this difficult time of his loss. May you all find solace in the fact he is no longer struggling, and at peace now.
